Customer Support Agent (Italian Speaking)

We're hiring Italian-speaking customer support agents to join our BPO team. You'll handle customer inquiries for leading European brands across multiple channels.

€700 – €1,000 /month

Responsabilità

  • Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and live chat in Italian and English
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
  • Document interactions in CRM systems (Zendesk, Salesforce)
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or technical teams
  • Meet daily and weekly KPIs for response time and resolution rate
  • Participate in product training sessions to stay up-to-date

Requisiti

  • 1Fluent in Italian (native or C1 level) and English (B2+)
  • 2Previous customer service experience (1+ years preferred)
  • 3Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • 4Comfortable with CRM tools and ticketing systems
  • 5Ability to work in shifts (including some weekends)
  • 6Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Requisiti Preferenziali

  • Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom
  • German or French language skills
  • Technical support background
